High Vibe Health is my Signature 8-Step program designed to help women lose weight, sculpt muscle & reset their health on a (more) plant-based diet. Most of my clients step into a new completely new level of their lives once they discover what optimal health really feels like.

After coaching all types of clients for 12 years, I decided to create the most optimal way of eating plant-based that I could find. In response to, “Where do you find your protein?” I soon realized, it’s not just protein that vegans are at risk of being deficient in….

I also wanted to provide resources to create the most optimal version of a (more) plant-based diet.
